How does it work?

E-Fanmail works with your current personal email whether you use Outlook to send email, or web-mail like Yahoo mail or Hotmail. E-Fanmail adds a button or tool-bar to your email program that allows you to select the E-Fanmail "skin" and direct your email via our service. You simply click and select the sports or schools skin you want, enter the recipient(s) email address and type the email like normal, click the E-Fanmail button then send the email. That is all there is to it.

How can I send from different email addresses?

If you plan to use more than one email address with E-Fanmail, you need to provide each individual email address when you sign up with E-Fanmail. If you try to use E-Fanmail with an email address that has not been activated. The email will be returned to you with an indication it could not be sent.

My email does not have the cool designs, why?

The most likely reason is that you forgot to click the E-Fanmail button before sending the email. Another reason is your E-Fanmail account may have expired.

I don’t see the add-in button in my email client, why?

Please make sure that you have installed the E-Fanmail add-in and closed/re-opened Outlook. If the add-in does not appear, your email application may not be supported by E-Fanmail. (See System Requirements on this page). If you believe that E-Fanmail and your email application are compatible, contact support@efanmail.com.

What if I do not have Outlook?

New add-ins are being developed for other email applications and other computer/PDA systems. If you contacted us and advised us that you have an unsupported email application, we will automatically contact you when one is available.

What programs can read E-Fanmail?

E-Fanmail uses HTML to add visual images and links to everyday personal email. All computer/PDA email programs will display the body text of E-Fanmail. Email programs that are compatible with HTML email (e.g. which is most of them) will display the E-Fanmail visual images.

Can the designs be used in other programs?

No. The E-Fanmail images are added by the service and can't be edited by individuals.

How big is an E-Fanmail?

E-Fanmail varies in size depending on whether the user attaches documents to their emails and the design of the E-Fanmail Skin. Emails are as small as 15-30K when delivered but can be larger if the email includes attachments.

Can I still send plain email?

Yes you can. Do not click on the E-Fanmail button in the compose email screen before sending an email.

Can I change my designs?

Users can't change E-Fanmail designs as they must be approved by affiliated sports organizations and/or schools.

Is there a limit on the amount of emails I can send?

Yes and no. E-Fanmail users may only use the service to add visual imagery to everyday personal email. The E-Fanmail service can't be use to send broadcast email or bulk-email. The rights of a user to send via E-Fanmail will be immediately terminated when the sending of broadcast email or bulk-mail is detected. See E-Fanmail Service Description and Policies.

Do you host my email?

E-Fanmail does not host your email. It does not have access to your email or email settings.

Will the solution differentiate between HTML and Text-Only recipients?

Yes. Text only email recipients will receive and see your email as plain text. Recipients who have an email reader compatible with HTML will see your email text plus the E-Fanmail visual imagery.

Can I add pictures to the designs?

You cannot change or alter the E-Fanmail designs. You can attach pictures and other files to your email like normal.

Why do I need software?

E-Fanmail software allows you to add a domain extension to recipient email addresses so the email is directed via the E-Fanmail service. Without the E-Fanmail add-in, you cannot use E-Fanmail.

Can I use this on my MAC?
